The 2025 race will commence on Saturday, September 20th at 5pm sharp

This is a course open to the public.
Be respectful to pedestrians on the sidewalk.
Pedestrians have right of way.

The start and finish line is on the corner of President & Smith.
Your race ends once you reach 21.1km / 13.1 miles & continue to finish your current lap.

The loop around Carroll Park is roughly 400m.
52.75 laps = a half marathon.
Each runner should use their GPS watch to track their total distance.

A water station will be on the corner of President & Smith.
Spectators can watch at any point along the course, or while enjoying a beer at the Gowanus Yacht Club across the road.

Top three finishers will receive hearty handshakes from spectators at the official finish party at Gowanus Yacht Club.
Non-placing finishers may also receive hearty handshakes upon request at the official finish party at Gowanus Yacht Club.
